Mr. Ben Hart, MEMSA Director of Safety.  Ben is Manager of Florida Mine  Safety Training.  Now with Tallahassee Community College, as director of Florida Mine Safety Training, Ben is a Certified Mine Safety Professional (CMSP), and the first in Florida to be certified January 2000.
